About Me
I can still remember the smell of the darkroom in my dad's Comm Tech classroom and the excitement he had when he got his first non-linear video editing system. That's where my dad ignited my passion for taking an ounce of an idea and turning it into a mountainous reality began. From that spark, I've continuously applied that passion to as many mediums as I could throughout my life: through all stages of video production, animation, graphic design, writing, web design/development, and music production. I've done this time and time again as both a one-man problem-solving operation and as a leader of talented creative teams for major brands.
Guided by deep empathy (got that from my mom) and driven by a relentless desire to make ideas come to life, I strive to create impactful and innovative content that resonates with audiences, elevates brands, and would make my mom and dad proud.
Expertise
As a lifelong lover of storytelling, I've been able to sharpen my skills in a number of disciplines. Though video and animation make up my roots, my strongest ability is being bold enough to take a sliver of an idea and bring it to life in a fun and meaningful way.
Leadership
Living life as a sponge and learning everything I can along the way has equipped me well to lead creative teams. Being able to communicate ideas in technical terms across disciplines goes a long way in understanding throughout the creative process. I'm happy to lead when leadership is necessary and happy to take a back seat and contribute when the time is right.
Vibes
Doing great work doesn't need to involve strong egos or bad attitudes. Crafting stories and pointing a lens at life is a fun way to make a living, and we should treat it as such. Let's make great stuff and have some laughs along the way. Life is short, so let's be a little silly.
